Baton Pass is a strategy banned in all level 100 tiers, barring Ubers, but not in Little Cup. At first glance, Baton Pass in Little Cup may seem very gimmicky, but it can be a viable playstyle if used correctly. It functions differently from Baton Pass in level 100 tiers in many ways, however. For example, no Pokemon in Little Cup have access to moves such as Quiver Dance and Ingrain in tandem with Baton Pass. Also, Leftovers isn't very viable in LC, depriving Baton Pass teams of one of their best forms of recovery.

TORCHIC

Torchic is the crux of all Little Cup Baton Pass chains. Torchic initiates a chain with its extremely useful ability of Speed Boost, so you can be as fast as possible, powering up your Stored Powers and allowing you to not get outsped by powerful offensive threats, such as Pawniard or Abra. Torchic can also provide a way to easily set up Substitutes, and burn threats with Will-O-Wisp, however, you can opt for Curse if you need a reliable way to set up defense boosts and power up your Stored Powers, but this is an inferior option to Will-O-Wisp.

MIME JR.

Mime Jr. is an excellent Pokemon on Baton Pass for many reasons. It has access to a large support movepool including Encore and Taunt, but the main purpose for using it is its access to both Barrier and Calm Mind, something only two LC Pokemon can do. This gives it a unique role on Baton Pass alongside its excellent support movepool and passable bulk. It also has a great ability for Baton Pass in the form of Soundproof, meaning that it is immune to Roar. It should be played carefully, however, because it lacks reliable recovery.

MUNNA

Munna is one of the best users of Stored Power on a Baton Pass team, this is because of its fairly impressive bulk, and because it gets access to recovery in Moonlight, so it's going to stay around for a long time, not to mention that it is the best Stored Power user that gets Baton Pass, so your chain wouldn't end if you go into Munna.

SHELMET

Shelmet is the only Pokemon in Little Cup that can get Shell Armor and Baton Pass in Little Cup, making it a valuable asset on a Baton Pass team, and definitely a Pokemon to consider, but not only because of that. Shelmet has an large support movepool that will aid your team several times during the course of a game. It can boost up with Iron Defense, and also set Spikes. Shelmet is the best Baton Pass check to Timburr, because it gets recovery in Recover and can Encore Timburr into a Bulk Up.

WOOBAT

Woobat is a unique Pokemon in that it has access to the coveted ability Unaware, as well as a powerful STAB move in Stored Power. However, it doesn't have access to Baton Pass, so it should only be passed into when you have enough boosts to KO the opponents remaining Pokemon. It is still very useful on Baton Pass, however, because it allows you to set up alongside setup sweepers like Fletchling and then pass into Woobat, rendering their boosts useless.

NATU

Natu is one of the best leads in Baton Pass, because it has access to Magic Guard and can utilize dual screens to help its team. Unfortunately, Natu can't use Magic Guard in combination with Baton Pass, but this won't stop Natu from being a good Pokemon to help out your chain. A regular Natu can act as a powerful pivot on a Baton Pass utilizing Wish and Calm Mind to keep your chain going.

I think this is an interesting topic considering the impact of BP in OU, so this is approved. If either of you need to access to the AW, feel free to tag Bummer.
