[SET COMMENTS]
Barraskewda's strong Attack and incredible Speed paired with Swift Swim make it an imposing sweeper under rain. Its diverse coverage makes it difficult to switch into, particularly with Dynamax allowing it to change moves despite the Choice Band. Its Max Moves provide useful secondary effects: Max Geyser sets up rain for it to increase its Speed and its STAB damage output, Max Knuckle boosts its Attack, and Max Mindstorm makes it immune to priority attacks that would normally be used to revenge kill it. The coverage allows it to cover threats to Water-type teams such as Close Combat for Ferrothorn, Psychic Fangs for Toxapex, and Crunch for Dragapult. Choice Band allows Barraskewda to break teams without suffering chip damage that would make it more susceptible to priority. On the other hand, Life Orb takes greater advantage of its coverage while being more useful with Dynamax.

As Water-type Pokemon are generally slow, Barraskewda helps its teammates by eliminating very fast threats like Dragapult. Pelipper is a great teammate, as it sets up the rain, which makes Barraskewda into a potent sweeper. Other Swim Swim users, like Seismitoad and Drednaw, are excellent partners, as they help break the opposing team. In particular, Seismitoad is a good partner, as it can break physical walls for it, while Barraskewda breaks specials walls. Toxapex also helps by withering down the foe and coming into priority attacks that threaten Barraskewda. Gyarados and Barraskewda have strong synergy, as they can wallbreak for each other, allowing the other to sweep late-game. Furthermore, Gyarados can force the opponent to Dynamax defensively early on in order to prevent a sweep, which removes that as an option to stop Barraskewda's late-game sweep.

I don't know about mentioning Toxapex using Sludge Bomb since that's not the set we're putting an analysis for and is very niche this gen. Toxapex without Sludge Bomb doesn't beat Whimsicott either so...I wouldn't mention it. You can keep Toxapex in team options as it's a very effect Pokemon to switch into against Pokemon that Barraskewda cannot outright KO as it is very fragile itself.
