Our winners this time around are Vaporeon-Delta, Flareon-Delta, Reshiram & Charizard-GX, Raichu-ex and Hippowdon-Lv.X. Congrats to CoolMan6001, KeeganSkymin4444, Pika Xreme and myself. We now have 20 winning forms.
I've been putting off updating the spreadsheet but I promise I'll do that by the end of the weekend. Meanwhile, I've added a Representation tab where we can see which forms (and in the future, types) are represented.

With that out of the way, submission phase is open.

Pokemon: Omastar-Delta
Based on:

Stats: 70/60/125/115/70/55 (495)
New Abilities: Swift Swim / Cursed Body / Weak Armor (Hidden)
New Type: Ghost/Water
Added Moves: Shadow Ball
Basically Omastar without those pesky weaknesses it gets from Rock holding it back.

Pokemon: Articuno-ex
Based on: Articuno-ex (Nintendo Promo 32)
Type: Ice/Flying
Custom Ability: Ice Gift: If the user is Ice-type, attacks super-effective against Ice that hit it do neutral damage, even if the other type is weak to them as well. (Applies to Stealth Rock. Attacks it is immune to do not count as hitting it.) When switching out, the replacement gets a 1.2x boost to Ice moves until it itself switches out.
Stats: 100/85/110/105/135/95 (630)
Custom Move: Synchronized Lift: Special Flying, 70 BP, 100% Acc, 10/16 PP, User switches out after use.
Role Identification: For a more Articuno-y Articuno than its Plasma counterpart. It's only weak to Electric and isn't murdered by Stealth Rock, so it can make proper use of its great bulk.

Pokemon: Zapdos-ex
Based on: Zapdos ex (Nintendo Promo 33)
Type: Electric/Flying
Custom Ability: Thunder Gift: If the user is Electric-type, attacks super-effective against Electric that hit it do neutral damage, even if the other type is weak to them as well. (Applies to Stealth Rock. Attacks it is immune to do not count as hitting it.) When switching out, the replacement gets a 1.2x boost to Electric moves until it itself switches out.
Stats: 100/100/85/135/100/110 (630)
Custom Move: Synchronized Lift: Special Flying, 70 BP, 100% Acc, 10/16 PP, User switches out after use.
Role Identification: Zapdos with better stats and a Volt Switch that things aren't immune to. Half of its ability is useless because it's immune to Ground, but I included it anyway for consistency with the other birbs.

Pokemon: Moltres-ex
Based on: Moltres ex (Nintendo Promo 31)
Type: Fire/Flying
Custom Ability: Flame Gift: If the user is Fire-type, attacks super-effective against Fire that hit it do neutral damage, even if the other type is weak to them as well. (Applies to Stealth Rock. Attacks it is immune to do not count as hitting it.) When switching out, the replacement gets a 1.2x boost to Fire moves until it itself switches out.
Stats: 100/110/100/135/85/100 (630)
Custom Move: Synchronized Lift: Special Flying, 70 BP, 100% Acc, 10/16 PP, User switches out after use.
Role Identification: see the other birds pretty much

Stats: 110/98/73/76/71/90 (518) [+20 Atk, +30 Spe]
New Moves: Liquidation, Icicle Crash, Slack Off, Crunch
Role Identification:
Simple Dragon Dance heck yes

Pokemon: Metang-Ancient Trait
Type: Steel/Psychic
Custom Ability: θ Double - This Pokémon can hold two different items. Second item goes in nickname slot.
Stats: 70/95/100/55/80/70 (470) [+10 HP, +20 Atk, +20 Spe]
New Moves: Hammer Arm, Heavy Slam,
Role Identification:
A very interesting and versatile version of Metang. With Eviolite and some other item, a bulkier but weaker version of Metagross. With two offensive items, a stronger but frailer version of Metagross. (Also the only way to make a non-broken version of this card was to use the evolutionary line rule.)

Pokemon: Combusken-May
Type: Fire/Fighting
Abilities: Blaze/Speed Boost
Stats: 60/85/60/85/60/55 (405)
New Moves: Brave Bird, Stone Edge, Acrobatics, High Jump Kick, Calm Mind, Air Slash
Custom Move:
Beautiful Blaze - Baneful Bunker clone, burns instead.
Custom Z-Move:
Crafty Contest Combination - 200 BP | Fighting | Special | 100% Acc. | Drains 50% of damage dealt.
Role Identification:
It's literally just buffed Combusken.

Pokemon: Trevenant-BREAK
Type: Ghost/Grass
Custom Ability: Withered Tree - This Pokémon's weaknesses from Grass-type are removed, and its STAB modifier is x2 instead of x1.5.

189100

Pokemon: Mew EX
Type: Psychic
Stats: 100/110/110/110/110/110
Custom Ability: Versatile - This Pokemon gets a 1.3x boost in power on all moves that aren't the same type as it.
Custom Move: Legendary Power
- Type: Normal
- Classification: Special
- Power: 95
- Accuracy: 100
- PP: 15 (max 24)
- Effect: This move's typing can be any other type (including Fairy). If the user's Attack is higher than its Special Attack, this move is Physical.
Overview: Mew, but better at being offensive. Thanks to Legendary Power and Versatile, Mew can utilize incredible coverage to take out specific threats. And, thanks to Mew's diverse movepool, it can even use SE attacks on nearly everything. Of course, you can still run defensive sets thanks to Mew's buffed defenses and Speed, but Mew is now even more unpredictable.

Alto Mare's Latias
Owner's Pokemon
Type: Normal/Psychic
Ability: Levitate
New Moves: Transform, Hyper Voice, Celebrate, Lovely Kiss
Custom Move: Fade Ball
- Type: Normal
- Classification: Special
- Power: 90
- Accuracy: 100
- PP: 10 (max 16)
- Effect: Upon using this move, this Pokemon has no weaknesses for the rest of the turn. Additionally, it cannot be struck by a critical hit for three turns or until switching out. If used while the no crit chance is active, has a 10% chance to flinch.
- Flavor: Latias becomes clear to strike the target with an invisible attack. Its clear body prevents the foe from striking precisely. It has a chance to surprise the foe.
Custom Z-Move: Double Dew Drop
- Type: Normal
- Classification: Special
- Power: 180
- Effect: Does not consider weaknesses, resistances, or immunities when used.
-Flavor: Combining forces with the spirit of the Latios of Alto Mare, Latias dives straight for the foe with mystical energy surrounding it.
Overview: The Latias from Pokemon Heroes is here. With Normal instead of Dragon, she's now immune to Ghost, which allows her to run Shadow Ball to combat them. What's more, she can use Fade Ball against certain Dark and Bug types to remove her weakness for that turn and take them down. This is best paired with things like Z-Celebrate, Stored Power, and possibly Lovely Kiss. You can also use its signature Z-Move to break through certain Steel, Rock, and Ghost types if need be. Finally, Transform is there for flavor.

190424

Imakuni?'s Exploud ex
Type: Normal/Dragon
Ability: Jaw Drop (Sound moves used by this Pokemon ignore immunities)
Stats: 124/91/78/91/78/78
New Moves: Clanging Scales, Dragon Breath, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Claw, Parting Shot
Custom Move: Proclaim
- Type: Normal
- Classification: Status
- Accuracy: -
- PP: 5 (max 8)
- Effect: Raises the user's SpA by 1 and sharply increases their critical hit ratio. Sound based.
- Flavor: The user loudly proclaims something they are passionate about. This gives them a boost to their morale.
Custom Move 2: Rebel Yell
- Type: Dragon
- Classification: Special
- Power: 30
- Accuracy: 100
- Effect: Hits once for each non-statused team member you have still alive. Sound based.
- Flavor: The user yells loudly, rallying its teammates to join in. The shouting goes on longer for each teammate that joins.
Signature Z-Move: Draconic Decibel Decimator
- Type: Dragon
- Classification: Special
- Power: 220
- Effect: Sound based. The user is knocked out after use of this move.
- Flavor: The user screams so loud that it can no longer fight. However, chances are the foe won't be able to either.
Overview: The basic purpose of this mon is to obliterate anything that can't take it down quickly. Rebel Yell does a massive amount of damage, while Boomburst and Clanging Scales are also highly effective. Proclaim can make Exploud into a devastatingly potent critical hit sweeper. And if you were thinking about using a Fairy type to absorb those Dragon moves, your jaw will be dropped by Jaw Drop, which ignores that immunity, as well as the Ghost immunity. The best way to deal with it is taking it down before it does too much damage. This can be tough without SE moves, though.

190429

Rocket's Dark Celebi
Type: Grass/Dark
Ability: Sheer Force/Cursed Body
Stats: 100/107/85/110/95/103
New Moves: Dark Pulse, Torment, Embargo, Knock Off, Pursuit, Wood Hammer, Hypnosis, Leaf Blade, Spiky Shield, Memento, Earthquake, Poison Powder
Custom Move: Dark Force
- Type: Dark
- Classification: Physical
- Power: 60
- Accuracy: 95
- PP: 10 (max 16)
- Effect: Guaranteed to crit. Has a 50% chance to lower the target's Defense by 1.
- Flavor: Celebi's dark energy reaches a peak, and it smashes into the foe to take them down.
Custom Z-Move: Terrifying Titan Thrash
- Type: Dark
- Classification: Physical
- Power: 175
- Effect: Has a high critical hit ratio.
- Flavor: Celebi forms a massive titan of the earth using dark energy, and slams the foe without holding back.
Overview: Known as Rocket's Celebi in Japan, but Dark Celebi in the US, this submission takes from both aspects to create a Grass/Dark terror. The main draw of using Dark Celebi is Sheer Force, which deals massive damage to anything Celebi can hit with its coverage. This amounts to quite a bit, honestly. With moves like Energy Ball, Dark Pulse, Earth Power, Psychic, Signal Beam, and even Charge Beam taking advantage of Sheer Force's boosting abilities, you can take down a plethora of foes. You can even run Nasty Plot if you like to live dangerously. You aren't a sitting duck on the physical side either, with options like Wood Hammer, Leaf Blade, Earthquake, Zen Headbutt, U-Turn, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, and Swords Dance. What's more, its signature move, Dark Force, always crits and is boosted by Sheer Force. However, you might run Cursed Body to take advantage of the move's secondary effect, which can help you break down certain walls. What's more, if you use its new Z-Move right after the defense drop, you'll probably eliminate whatever it is you need to. Its main weakness is that it can't really deal with Bugs without Hidden Power, and its super weak to them. Scarf U-Turn and fast Flying types are also effective against it.

Role Identification
