Pokemon: Black Kyurem-EX
Based on: Black Kyurem EX (Plasma Storm)
Type: Dragon / Ice
Custom Ability: Master of Ideals: This pokemon's STAB multiplier will be increased from 1.5x to 1.75x. When this pokemon KOes a foe, the type of attack which KOed the foe will have the attack stat of which said move runs off of increased by one stage.
Stats: 125 / 190 (+20) / 120 (+20) / 120 / 100 (+10) / 95 (750 BST)
Custom Move:
Blizzard Bolt: 100 BP, Physical, Ice type, 5 PP. Deals damage based off of the opponent's lower defense and has a 25% chance to freeze, paralyze, or lower the opponent's defense by 1 stage.
Role Identification:
Goodbye, Stall - Hello, Offense! With a monstrous 190 base physical attack and base 120 special attack, this guy can and will break stall like nobody's business! Still has quite a bit of weaknesses, not to mention that its special bulk is still nothing special. While its physical bulk is good enough to shrug off weaker super effective hits, it can get taken out by all strong super effective special attacks and even strong neutral ones, such as Ash-Greninja's Dark Pulse or Mega Alakazam's Psychic under Psychic Terrain.

Pokemon: White Kyurem-EX
Based on: White Kyurem EX (Plasma Storm)
Type: Dragon / Ice
Custom Ability: Master of Truth: Moves which are super effective against the opponent will have their power increased by 20%. When this pokemon KOes a foe, the type of attack which KOed the foe will have the attack of which said move runs off of increased by one stage.
Stats: 125 / 120 / 100 (+10) / 190 (+20) / 120 (+20) / 95 (750 BST)
Custom Move:
Infernal Blizzard: 100 BP, Special, Ice type, 5 PP. Deals damage based off of the opponent's lower defense and has a 25% chance to freeze, burn, or lower the opponent's special defense by 1 stage.
Role Identification:
Thought Reshiram was scary? Multiply that with Kyurem and you got this behemoth. Unlike Black Kyurem-EX, it has to contend with the same weaknesses, but as a lot of their weaknesses are based off of the phsyical attacking stat, White Kyurem-EX is going to have a hard time versus strong physical attackers such as Mega Mawile or Mega Medicham, not to mention the Stealth Rock weakness, but overall, it will be one of the best stallbreakers in OU.
These are just better versions of base Kyurem-Black and White and are obviously too strong for OU. Weaknesses to a few attackers aren't gonna be enough to check Pokemon with dumb Attacking stats and Cresselia-level defenses.

Pokemon: Regice-ex
Type: Ice
Stats: 100/50/100/130/200/50 [BST: 630] (+20 HP, +30 SpA)
Custom Ability: Instafreeze - Contact moves against this Pokémon become Ice-type. Immune to Burn.
Custom Move: Iceberg Drift - 90 BP | Ice | Special | 100% Acc. | 20 PP | If successful, the user switches out and is replaced immediately by a selected party member.
Role Identification: Threatening Rock Polish sweeper due to its immense bulk, workable SpA and good coverage. Still has no good recovery, so absolutely has to watch for Stealth Rocks, and be careful of super-effective Special attacks, non-contact Physical attacks and the deadly physical Rock-type attacks (most don't make contact). With its new custom move, Regice can also serve as a competent slow pivot due to massive bulk and access to Thunder Wave, as long as there are no hazards. A teammate with Defog and/or Wish is appreciated.

Pokemon: Regirock-ex
Type: Rock
Stats: 100/130/200/50/100/50 [BST: 630] (+20 HP, +30 Atk)
Custom Ability: Self Repair - Heals 25% of max HP when hit by a Rock-type attack, or when switching Stealth Rock or Spikes. Clears Stealth Rock and Spikes on entry.
Custom Move: Rock Cycle - 90 BP | Rock | Physical | 100% Acc. | 5 PP | If successful, the user switches out and is replaced immediately by a selected party member.
Role Identification: The passiveness of Stealth Rock+Toxic Regirock is no more, due to its buffed Attack and being able to switch out and create momentum for the team. More importantly, it now serves a Stealth Rock and Spikes removal role and absorbs Rock-type moves, making a good core with Flying-type Pokémon. However, it's still crippled by low Speed and Toxic Spikes, and due to lack of reliable recovery, dies easily to Special and/or super-effective moves.

Pokemon: Registeel-ex
Type: Steel
Stats: 100/90/150/90/150/50 [BST: 630] (+20 HP, +15 Atk, +15 SpA)
Custom Ability: Protect Signal - Immune to Taunt, Infatuation, Confusion and Recharge.
Custom Move: Rotating Claw - 90 BP | Steel | Physical | 100% Acc. | 15 PP | If successful, the user switches out and is replaced immediately by a selected party member.
Role Identification: Registeel didn't need much help becoming viable. Now, it's not just a Stealth Rock setter immune to Taunt and with 100/150/150 bulk. It can also be a slow pivot for the team. Instead of Seismic Toss, it might be worth running Hyper Beam or Giga Impact due to no recharge time. Still no recovery though.

Pokemon: Torkoal-Team Magma
Type: Fire/Dark
Abilities: Shell Armor | White Smoke | Drought
Stats: 70/85/140/85/70/20 (470)
New Moves: Crunch, Morning Sun, Knock Off, Spikes, Pursuit, Sucker Punch
Custom Move: Hot Whirlwind - Fire-type Dragon Tail clone
Custom Z-Move: Magmatic Volcano Creation - Upgrades from Eruption | 200 BP | Special | Sets Stealth Rocks on target's side of the field.
Role Identification: A version of Torkoal that can offer more utility to the team.

Pokemon: Trevenant-BREAK
Type: Ghost/Grass
Custom Ability: Withered Tree - This Pokémon's weaknesses from Grass-type are removed, and its STAB modifier is x2 instead of x1.5.
Stats: 95/130/96/65/82/56 (524) [+10 HP, +20 Atk, +20 Def]
Custom Move: Cursed Tree Raid - 60 BP | Ghost | Physical | 100% Acc. | 5 PP | Hits twice. 30% chance of setting Leech Seed on the opponent.
Role Identification: Wallbreaker Trevenant, or as close to it as Trevenant can get.

A powerful bulky sweeper which can deal huge damage with its various ways to abuse recoil attacks.

resubbing some v1 shit, not sure why this didn't occur to me before

Pokemon: Raichu-ex
Based on:
and

Stats: 60/120/55/90/80/130 (535)
New Signature Ability: Rai-Shield: Halves damage taken from EX, Level X, BREAK, GX and Mega Pokemon, takes 3/4th damage from anything else. When hit by a contact move, the user is paralyzed.
Type: Electric
New Signature Move: Dazzle Blast | Electric, Physical, 95 BP, 100 Acc | 30% chance to confuse the target.

While not exactly death incarnate, Raichu-EX is a potent attacker, with its poor bulk mitigated by Rai-Shield.

Pokemon: Snorlax-Delta
Based on: (Name or picture of the card)

Stats: 160/110/65/65/110/30 (540)
New Abilities: Corrosion / Thick Fat / Gluttony (Hidden)
New Type: Poison/Normal
Added Moves: Poison Jab, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Clear Smog, Toxic Spikes, Venom Drench, Gastro Acid
Deltalax has drastically increased defense and support capabilities. Not only that, but it's the bulky user that Corrosion always wanted, able to put pressure onto Steel-types and other Poison-types simply by being on a team.

Pokemon: Omastar-Delta
Based on:

Stats: 70/60/125/115/70/55 (495)
New Abilities: Swift Swim / Cursed Body / Weak Armor (Hidden)

Basically Omastar without those pesky weaknesses it gets from Rock holding it back.

and here's some new shit:

Pokemon: Articuno-ex
Based on: Articuno-ex (Nintendo Promo 32)
Type: Ice/Flying
Custom Ability: Ice Gift: If the user is Ice-type, attacks super-effective against Ice that hit it do neutral damage, even if the other type is weak to them as well. (Applies to Stealth Rock. Attacks it is immune to do not count as hitting it.) When switching out, the replacement gets a 1.2x boost to Ice moves until it itself switches out.
Stats: 100/85/110/105/135/95 (630)
Custom Move:
Synchronized Lift: Special Flying, 70 BP, 100% Acc, 10/16 PP, User switches out after use.
Role Identification:
For a more Articuno-y Articuno than its Plasma counterpart. It's only weak to Electric and isn't murdered by Stealth Rock, so it can make proper use of its great bulk.

Pokemon: Zapdos-ex
Based on: Zapdos ex (Nintendo Promo 33)
Type: Electric/Flying

Role Identification:
Zapdos with better stats and a Volt Switch that things aren't immune to. Half of its ability is useless because it's immune to Ground, but I included it anyway for consistency with the other birbs.

Since we didn't get many votes this round, I'll be voting
Regirock-ex (SV)
Regice-ex (SV)
Kabutops-Crystal
Omastar-Delta
Moltres-ex

With that our winners are Kabutops-Crystal, Bouffalant-Plasma, Regirock-ex and Snorlax-Delta.
Submission phase is open! CoolMan6001 I'll count your submissions in this slate so you don't have to repost.

Pokemon: Reshiram & Charizard-GX (Uses Charizard)
Type: Fire/Flying
Stats: 96/99/90/109/90/100 (+18 HP, +15 Atk, +12 Def, +5 SpD)
Mega X Stats: 96/145/123/130/90/100
Mega Y Stats: 96/119/90/159/120/100
Custom Move: Flare Strike
- Type: Fire
- Classification: Special
- Power: 100
- Accuracy: 100
- PP: 5 (max 8)
- Effect: This move is physical if the user's Attack stat is higher. This move also ignores abilities.
Custom Z-Move: Double Flare Strike
- Type: Fire
- Classification: Special
- Power: 180
- Effect: This move deals damage physically if the user's Attack stat is higher. This move ignores abilities. If Flare Strike has full PP when this move is used, it has a high critical hit ratio.
Overview: Charizard with more bulk, and some extra power if you go physical or Mega X. More importantly, though, it gets a Fire type Photon Geyser clone that both Megas can abuse. The base form may also have a niche with its Z-Move: Double Flare Strike, which can essentially nuke whatever comes in front of Charizard with a potential crit. However, you do have to use the relatively mediocre base form of Charizard.
