All the Aces V2 [Submission Phase]

formerly the someone
Welcome to the new and improved All the Aces V2!
In this Pet Mod, Pokemon are given alternate forms that they have on the Trading Card Games.
Everyone can post whatever they want (as long as it’s based on the cards) and people will vote for the best ones. The posters can also choose what real type the TCG type represents (poster can make TCG Water into Ice or Water, etc). Pokemon will also be able to have the secondary typing that they have in the game. Example: Misty's Tentacruel can be Water, Water/Poison, Water/Ice, Ice/Poison or Ice because it is TCG Water; Can't be pure Poison. Here's the list:
Grass: Bug, Grass, Poison (for cards released prior to Diamond and Pearl)
Fire: Fire
Water: Ice, Water
Lightning: Electric
Psychic: Ghost, Poison (for cards released after Diamond and Pearl), Psychic
Fighting: Fighting, Ground, Rock
Darkness: Dark
Metal: Steel
Colourless: Dragon (for cards released prior to Dragon Selection), Normal, Flying
Dragon: Dragon (for cards released after Dragon Selection)
Fairy: Fairy

The template for submissions can be found here:
Pokemon: (Pokemon)-(Form)
Based on: (Link or name of the card)
Type:
Abilities:
Custom Ability:
Stats:
New Moves:
Custom Move:
Custom Z-Move:
Role Identification:

Each form gets different things.
Owner or SP or Plasma get New Moves (6 new moves max), Custom Move and Custom Z-Move. (
Lv. X or BREAK or ex or EX get Custom Move, Custom Ability and +50 BST Boost.
GX gets Custom Move, Custom Move, Custom Z-Move and +50 BST Boost.
Crystal or Delta or Dark or Light get New Type*, New Moves (no limit), New Abilities.**
*On top of their abilities, Crystal Pokémon have a clone of Protean that works for 3 types (based on the card's Crystal Type).
**You can play with the stats of Dark or Light Pokémon. Dark Pokémon tend to be stronger but frail-er, Light Pokémon tend to be weaker but bulkier.
Ancient Traits gets New Moves (4 new moves max), Custom Ability*** and +50 BST Boost.
***The Custom Ability has to be based on its Ancient Trait.

Here is a visual representation of what each form gets:
178384

Here's an example of what a submission would look like:
Pokemon: Claydol-ex
Based on: Claydol ex (EX Power Keepers 93)
Type: Psychic/Ground
Custom Ability: Clay Type Shift - Before being hit by an attack that is super-effective against Ground-type, loses Ground-type for that turn.
Stats: 100/70/115/70/120/75 [+40 HP, +10 Def] (550 BST)
Custom Move: Ancient Mantra - 80 BP | Ground | Special | 100% Acc. | 10 PP | Drains 75% of damage dealt.

Role Identification: Due to its stat boosts, Claydol-ex is a much bulkier version of Claydol. While it may lose Ground immunity, it also loses 3 weaknesses with its new ability. As for the Custom Move, Claydol finally gains some form of recovery it much needed, and that gives it a niche as a bulky offense Rapid Spinner. You could also run Assault Vest since it gets a strong drain move.

FAQ:
  • You can submit cards that have two Form changes by simply combining the benefits (example: Delta ex).
  • All new Forms for Pokémon with Mega Evolutions can also Mega Evolve themselves.
  • If there's a NFE form for an evolutionaly line, you can sub its fully evolved version (example: Delta Togekiss).
  • If the original card is a Mega, the Custom Ability goes to the Mega Evolution, not the base form.
  • A Form with a Custom Ability will ONLY have that Ability, unless it is Delta, in which case it'll get Custom Ability + New Abilities.
  • A Pokémon that is both EX AND Ancient Traits get +50 BST boost twice.
  • A Pokémon that is both Lv. X or BREAK or ex or EX or GX AND Owner or SP or Plasma can get two Custom Moves.
  • A Pokémon that is both EX AND Ancient Traits can get two Custom Abilities.
  • If you have any other questions, contact the current council members, me or Pika Xreme

(as in a Grass / Steel Leafeon and an Ice / Steel Glaceon)

That is allowed, but not because Steel-type Delta Eeveelutions exist, but because Steel-type Delta Eevee exists. This applies to other forms as well like Ancient Trait Torchic making Ancient Trait Blaziken possible.
An example of what wouldn't be allowed with the rules is Steel-type Gallade, because only Gardevoir has a Steel-type Delta form, not Kirlia or Ralts.

Pokemon: Scyther-exs
Based on: https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Scyther_ex_(EX_Ruby_&_Sapphire_102)
Type: Bug / Flying
Abilities: Swarm / Technician
Custom Ability: Fast Retreat: Takes no hazard damage. Moves on the first turn on the field deal *1.5 damage, and moves after deal *.8 damage.
Stats: 80 / 130 / 80 / 55 / 80 / 125
Custom Move: Agile Slash: 60 BP / 15 PP / 100% / Physical / Contact / 20% to Flinch / +2 Priority / Only usable on the first turn switching in
Role Identification: Fast pivot with Pursuit and ability to hax. Retains threatening priority and power, if only on the first turn, and an extremely strong U-Turn too. Also somewhat bulky with Eviolite. No hazard damage makes this role stronger and reference's Jungle Scyther's lack of retreat cost.

Pokemon: Scizor-Rocket
Based on: https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Rocket's_Scizor_ex_(EX_Team_Rocket_Returns_101)
Type: Bug / Dark
Abilities: Swarm / Technician
Custom Ability: Evil Shield: Takes 1/2 damage from Flying, Fairy, and Rock moves. Takes neutral Stealth Rock damage.
Stats: 80 / 140 / 120 / 55 / 90 / 65 [Mega: 80 / 160 / 160 / 65 / 110 / 75]

Custom Moves:
1. Hookclaw: Dark / 40 BP / 15 PP / 100% / Physical / Contact / +1 Priority

Custom Z-Move: Rotary Claws -> Cross Cutter Claws : Bug / 155 BP / Physical / User recovers all of their HP
Role Identification: Similar to Scizor-M, but can heal and attack on the same turn. Also more offensive with easily spammable STAB Knock Off and scares off things with Pursuit/Hook Claw. Has to choose between good priority or resistances. Mega is probably Uber material due to its increased stats, even if it loses STAB dark.

Pokemon: Wailord-EX

If you somehow make an Ubers Pokemon balanced, it can be submitted just fine.
ok

Pokemon: Blaziken-Ancient
Based on: Torchic (Primal Clash 26)
Type: Fire/Fighting
Custom Ability: Ω Barrage - User's attacks (that are not multi-hit or fixed damage) hit twice but with 0.6* power and halved effect chances.
Stats: 90/120/80/120/80/90 (+10 to everything but Attack) - mega is 90/160/90/140/90/110
New Moves: N/A
Role Identification: Hit things. Probably not Ubers because no Speed Boost

Pokemon: Pikachu-SP-Lv.X
Based on: Pikachu-M-Lv.X (DPt-P Promo 43)
Type: Electric
Custom Ability: Tactical Genius - Electric moves bypass immunities. If the target has two sources of Electric immunity (e.x. Ground-type + Lightning Rod), they're super-effective instead.
Stats: 35/85/40/50/50/110 (+30 Atk, +20 Speed)
New Moves: Tackle, Leer
Custom Move: Rapid Iron Tail - Physical Steel, 25 BP, 85% Accuracy, 10/16 PP, hits 2-5 times, each hit has a 20% chance of lowering the target's Defense by 1
Custom Z-Move: Volt Tail - Physical Electric, 210 BP, lowers target's Defense by 1.
Role Identification: Slap a Light Ball on him and watch him go. Just spam Volt Tackle until he's knocked out. Rapid Iron Tail can utterly rip through things if you're lucky, but you probably won't be.

Pokemon: Mandibuzz-BREAK
Type: Dark/Flying
Custom Ability: Scavenger - This Pokémon drains 50% of damage dealt.
Stats: 130/65/110/55/110/90 [+20 HP, +5 Def, +15 SpD, +10 Spe] (560 BST)
Custom Move: Disaster Wings - 80 BP | Flying | Physical | 100% Acc. | 10 PP | Applies Torment to the opponent.
Role Identification: Bulkier Mandibuzz, with draining moves such as Foul Play, Knock Off and its new Custom Move which only serves to annoy opponents even more.

Pokemon: Articuno-Plasma-EX
Type: Ice/Flying
Custom Ability: Plasma Storm - This Pokémon is always under the effects of Rain and Hail.
Stats: 100/85/100/115/125/105 [+10 HP, +20 SpA, +20 Spe] (630 BST)
New Moves: Nasty Plot, Thunder, Aurora Veil, Freeze Shock
Custom Move: Thermal Shock - 80 BP | Ice | Special | 100% Acc. | 15 PP | Super-effective against Rock-types.
Custom Z-Move: Frost Prison - Upgrades from Thermal Shock | 185 BP | Special | Paralyzes opponent.
Role Identification: While Ice/Flying type is still a trash type, Articuno's capability as a bulky offense mon becomes amazing. Perfect accuracy Blizzard, Thunder and Hurricane while also setting its own Aurora Veil, having a decent speed tier and a powerful Z-Move. Thermal Shock might appear useless when you have Blizzard at first, but in sets with only 2 offensive moves, it beats certain foes that Hurricane can't.

Pokemon: Vespiquen-Elite Four
Based on: Vespiquen 4 (Rising Rivals 35)
Type: Bug

Offensive Trick Room attacker with many utility options.

Pokemon: Shaymin-EX
Type: Flying
Stats: 110 (+10) / 103 / 90 (+15) / 120 / 90 (+15) / 137 (+10)
Custom Ability: Set Up - When this Pokemon is switched in, it recovers 1 PP on all of the damaging moves on its team, and 2 PP on all of the non-damaging moves.
Custom Move: Sky Return
- Type: Flying
- Classification: Special
- Power: 80
- Accuracy: 100
- PP: 10 (max 16)
- Effect: Switches the user out after damaging the foe.
Overview: Shaymin-Sky's most prominent TCG appearance! It loses Serene Grace and the Grass typing, making its Seed Flare less potent, but in exchange it now becomes a strong pivot option thanks to Sky Return. What's more, it also has the ability to restore the PP of itself and allies, giving it an advantage in situations where you need to keep using moves with low PP.

New Moves: Flare Blitz, Flame Charge
Role Identification: Mega Aerodactyl-Delta is a more hyper-offense focused version of the regular one, with glaring 4x weaknesses, but a new STAB in Tough Claws-boosted Flare Blitz. Intimidate before Mega Evolving tries to make up for its weaknesses.

Pokemon: Lucario-EX & Lucario-M-EX
Type: Fighting
Abilities: Inner Focus/Steadfast/Justified
Stats: 70/110/95/115/95/90 (575) [+25 Def, +25 SpD]

Mega Stats: 70/145/113/140/95/112 (675)

Time for a sub:

Pokemon: Florges-BREAK
Type: Fairy
Stats: 98/65/78/122/154/85 (+20 HP, +10 Def, +10 SpA, +10 Spe)
Custom Ability: Floral Breeze - At the end of each turn Florges is on the field, it recovers 1/16 of its total HP, and cures itself of any major status condition it has other than Sleep.
Custom Move: Golden Wish
- Type: Fairy
- Classification: Special
- Power: 100
- Accuracy: 100
- PP: 5 (max 8)
- Effect: This move does not deal damage immediately, but instead deals the damage at the end of the second turn after the turn you used it. When the attack goes off, your active Pokemon recovers HP equal to half of Florges-BREAK's max HP, even if the attack fails or misses. You cannot use Golden Wish until the previous Golden Wish strikes. Wish fails if used while Golden Wish is active.
Overview: A magnificent golden cleric with some power behind its blows. Holding Leftovers gives it 1/8 healing each turn (same as Poison Heal), and with its buffed HP, that can add up fast, especially when combined with Wish or Golden Wish. And, of course, you can't affect it with four of the five major status conditions, so Toxic stall is out of the question.
