Done Add 'Hyperfast' speed to downloaded replays

Currently if you view a replay on replay.pokemonshowdown.com, you get the speed options: Hyperfast, Fast, Normal. etc.
However, if you download the replay and open the downloaded file in a web browser, the only speed options are: Fast, Normal etc., i.e. the 'Hyperfast' option is missing.

I'd like to add the 'Hyperfast' speed option to downloaded replays so that they can be played at this speed, just as they are able to be played on replay.pokemonshowdown right now.

so it turns out that the speed options simply don't work at all i.e. Fast speed plays the replays at the exact same speed that Slow speed does. I think I've found the reason for this and can fix it, but I was wondering if this should be changed from a feature suggestion to a bug report? Although looking at the bug report thread, I'm not sure which is the exact best place to submit that...
