We're paired for GSC OU Seasonal, I'm GMT -5. I'm good anytime this week except during my commutes to and from work. I would prefer after 6PM if during the week.

I'm a little confused here, Gen 6 but no Mega? Scizor would make for an ideal Mega for the team and can provide your team with an additional wincon by using Swords Dance > Defog. I'd also opt for a more physically defensive spread to better set up on threats like Mega Metagross and Azumarill...

The first big change I'd make here to improve your matchup against sand offense (which HO should have the advantage over) and rain slightly is to make your Scizor a Scarf set instead, coupled with a few more changes that accommodate for this. Its kinda normal for Dragmags to crumple to Latios...
