Drampa is significantly slower, and is less bulky. Gotta take the stats into account.

I'd argue OG Articuno didn't have garbage stats, so much as the typing just counteracting what bulk it had. 90/100/125 was good bulk, and arguably still is. 95 special attack isn't great, but it's just enough to be OK. But Ice is such an awful typing that it undoes all of that. Especially since...

Awful how? Blaze Kick and Stomping Tantrum would cover what it can't use its STABs to deal with. Fighting/Flying isn't even bad coverage to begin with.

It's stuck on a special tank that cannot heal. I think it might see use down in RU or NU perhaps.

Resetting puts you way back at the start of the raid, so you'd have to go and fight everything all over again regardless.

For Regieleki, I imagine it'll run mixed. Normal Gem ESpeed, Electric Move, Acrobatics, etc? RU at best, sadly. Still will try it. Having a super fast Rapid Spin means something, at least.

125 attack, 100 speed, and a good offensive movepool is an OU pokemon bud. STAB Brave Bird and Close Combat, as well as Steel and Ground coverage is not even close to bad. That's how I feel right now, anyway. Especially since Defiant is a good ability for a physical oriented mon.

Eh, I like the game more than X and Y by a fair bit, and a little bit better than Sun and Moon. But this should have been much better. How does a game that looks as...average as Sword and Shield run so poorly, for one?

Isn't this kind of a good thing, in a way? Rising Voltage Koko and Expanding Force Lele were scaring people.
