Hm, admittedly, German Rex, Andean Mountain and Pampas cat don't have such a huge thing making them too different from other cats. For caracals, servals and ocelots, I think their body frame differs enough from lynxes, cheetahs and leopards/jaguars respectively to warrant their own pokemon...
