I don't rlly have a specific time in mind. If we start at 11pm which is the latest that I can possibly still concentrate, for you it is still 5pm which is not rlly evening so if u r not availiable earlier we might need to shift to weekend. (which is fine ofc)

10-11PM GMT -4 is 4-5am for me so at that specific time it is not rlly gonna work for me, I can do 1 am for me / 7pm at GMT -4 in the weekend tho if ur okay with that (friday or saturday)

that'd still be 3am for me so that is going to be hard, I could do 9pm GMT -2 on friday or saturday if u r avail. then alr. I can also do earlier evening/afternoon on other days but I interpret that that is not quite when u r availiable
