this has proven to be a very complex question

It was a thing in the past with Ransei overseeing it but interest vanished completely after gen 8 was introduced. It's definitely an interesting one, though completely unexplored. You can ask for it on OMM room on PS, I will try to create a code for it if I'm online at the time you ask.
