the issue is that my account says ``Your full account details are not currently editable.`` in a blue wall of text. with this, i cant change my profile picture. do you know how i can make all of my account details editable again?

Hey, this is normal when you request a name change to prevent you from editing the custom title that comes with it. I have gone ahead and removed it, you should be free to edit now.
