I see what happened here. I switched my GMT here at Smogon to (+1 CET) and shows me dates of gmt +2. If you are in this GMT, you are in Summer Time, so its +1 hour of your GMT. So we have 5 hours difference, not 4. Thats why I thought our schedule was in my 6PM (10PM in +1 but 11PM in +2).
Therefore,
