There are some other Pokemon that have mini analysis written on them that aren't on the viability rankings. Such as Dodrio and Charizard.

dodrio was on the VRs when the analysis was written, and charizard was a special one time exception

OK. I do think, though, that Lickitung has the niche of being the only SD user with STAB Wrap and Hyper Beam. Which at least deserves to have a footnote about its viability on the Strategy Dex for anyone who would like to learn of its viability.
