what time zone are you and what times can you play?

I am in GMT -5 and I have no idea how I screwed up my conversions so bad
I can play between 4pm and 8pm my time on weekdays except friday because I have off. Weekends are free for me and I should be available from 10am - 8pm my time

can we do 10am today? if not we can do that time on sunday (your time)

if that's my time then I'm unavailable
