idk... any other time will be inconsistent.... and an example of that is i just had to spend 5 hours doing errands rn running around the place looking for something for my grandparents. I am unlikely to be able to guarantee a time other than 9pm-12am gmt -4

12am is hard, can you do like 3am your time, and idk what the difference is between that, and ah yeah - irl issues pop up for me too. but like I have school and I only reach home at 4pm my time which is 2 am your time so yeah idk what to do
