Hit and run mons in general. I don't really think there's a "kind" of mon that will be good with it, just that some will like it and others not. Zam for example (probably) likes to preserve the ability to stay for multiple turns and potentially sweep + not having to predict so hard. Latios on the other hand just clicks draco meteor and doesn't care much what happens after.

Volturn Stakeout mon might be pretty solid too I don't really know.

Worth noting that 1 stakeout hit + 1 regular hit does more than 2 adapt hits so really w/e doesn't care much about set-up can run a choice item + stakeout and do damage.

A well played Hydreigon can probably take out anything actually.
