Wow, that's really close...the attack only makes a point of difference fully invested at Lv. 50, and 2 points at Lv. 100

I'm trying to get one for trade value, so since you mentioned interest in one, I thought I'd get an opinion.

If I kept this one, would you trade for it?

Usually I'd want a 30+/31/30+/31/28ish+/31 spread on a SR Naive poke, but the Heal Ball is definitely cool, and there aren't that many Naive RayQs out there. I'd say you could proooobably do better, but I wouldn't blame you for keeping it. I'd trade for it.

Alright, think I'll plan to keep this one. I don't the 2 points rob Ray of any important KOs, and it is nicknameable
