Sorry, I'm usually awake earlier but I don't go online until 7 (why would I ...). Anyway yep, 8 hours will be about 3pm for me I think so that should be totally fine.

It's not a problem. I wish I had the same problem, my daughter woke me up and I can't get back to sleep. So we can do this at your convenience!
