Announcement Pet Mod of the Season [Voting]

Just a bit overdue but we move

Welcome to the second Pet Mod of the Season vote of Generation 9, where you'll determine the third mod of the generation to grace the main Pokémon Showdown server for the next three months!

The rules for PMOTS are the same as last gen, being the following:
- In order for your vote to count, you must have at least FIVE forum posts.
- If your account is less than one week old, your vote will NOT be counted.
- Votes may not be counted if your account's forum posts have a clear ulterior motive for being made, such as being eligible to vote.
- Do not promote a PM over another or voting for any specific PM on Smogon, Pokemon Showdown, and public Discords. This includes via private messages.
- Do not bash nominated PMs.

Additionally, thanks to to the success of Modern Gen 1 as Leader's Choice, for the first time ever, a couple solomods have been nominated for voting!

Voting will close on March 26th. To vote for a metagame, simply react to the messages below with a Like or Love reaction. You can vote for as many as you want.

The vote is now over!

In their first PMOTS cycle being included, a solomod has won the coveted spot on main, as Do Not Use is our Pet Mod of the Season!

As for our Leader's Choice, we decided to go with Modern Gen 2!
MG2 was the runner-up in this very vote, but that's not the sole reason why it was picked and us picking the runner-up as Leader's Choice shouldn't be an expectation. Instead, it was chosen mainly for 2 reasons, first that it makes sense for it to follow MG1 as Leader's Choice, and second that this means that we'll have 2 Solomod Premier League (you should sign-up to be a manager btw) metagames on the main server, which is good for exposure and makes the tiers more accessible.
