    So I would need a DS that was from a Spanish country for the glitch to be undone. Well I will have to go to that Reddit page and state it was a big fat lie. I should have known given it was from Reddit but I was secretly hoping for that not to be the case.     Oh no, that's not how it works, as linked there, there's 5 regions of 3DS consoles (vertical column on the left), and far more in-game languages (horizontal row), you can also game patching to circumvent the console region detected by the game, but I can't go into detail as that's against site rules.
