I am not sure about the rules, but I doubt something like is this a blacklistable offence, there was no losing/winning or anything going on, so its not likely that he disconnected without reason.

Along with all the other things others have said, Machamp hits most things for similar damage, and the confusion + massive bulk that Machamp has makes him much better.
