  • Sorry to bother you - I had a question about the Hackmons Cup tournament. I didn't see anything about this in the rules post, and the thread said I could contact you. Are there any rules regarding using outside websites to check information on moves, abilities, and so on? Not consulting with other people, just looking up what a certain ability does, or things like that. Thank you!

    No, you're free to use other sites as referents, if you aren't familiar with a move/ability/etc. PS has a function for this - you can type "/dt [move]" for example, and that'll get you started - but Bulbapedia or w/e is also fine.

    - Monday : until 8 PM
    - Tuesday : 4 to 9
    - Wednesday : 3 to 9 PM
    - Thursday : 4 to 8 PM
    - Friday : 3 to 9 PM
    - Saturday : same as Friday
    - Sunday : same as Friday

    When can you play ?

    Cheers and good morning, esteemed user sharpclaw, also known as sharp_claw. The faiths have paired us to engage in classic-style combat for the Open of same name (in the Randomized Pokémon Trainer Encounters category, of course).

    My schedule, adapted to the Greenwich Time Zone -3, goes from 10 am to 5 pm on weekdays, which are usually of my preference. (continues)

    If scheduling a bout during the weekend is a hardship for you—while, in contrast, the self-same timing is my only possible window during which to contract an occasion for contest—perhaps we might request an extension, by which we could find a suitable arrangement in the near, but not nearest, future? Though it pains me greatly to suggest such a course of action, I fear it may be our only way forward. (cont.)

    Not a bother at all, don't worry. Yes, that's correct - since there are only 8 teams, with 15 slots each, some players who sign up will nevertheless go undrafted.

    What is an "Act call" i've seen it used throughout the first round post and have no idea what it is.
    hey my opponent for this tournament said he would be on at 9 to play but i haven't heard from him
