Milotic seems really strong. Nothing in the tier really wants to take scald thats good (return of rotom mow???) Hippo seems incredably strong as well as a balance staple. I can definitely see fat bal teams becoming incredibly strong, with boot spam and hazard spam to wear down faster offensive...- rubycandy
