The first set listed should probably be Focus Sash Attacker; Yawn/GK/HP Fire/Psyshock maybe. The utility of preventing SR for many teams along with decent power to hit various SR users and other pokemon (or maybe phase with yawn) is Espeon's best use in ubers.

Tentacruel screws it up pretty bad. Deo-S has to taunt it if it doesn't want T-Spikes set up, but Tenta can Scald and fish for burns, and if Deo-S tries to get more than one layer of hazards Tenta will spin them. Even worse if you Taunt and get Scald burnt Turn 1, you have pretty much lost...

Rhys is a sound I like. It's actually pronounced like "Rh-ice" [r̥aɪs], not the sissy french way. Anno is a Kingdom in Utopia that I was involved with when I first started using that as my nick in around 2004, so the "DeAnno" comes from that.
