I've played in tournaments with the following teams:
- Click here for a ranking and comparison of the stats and movepools of every Pokemon in the Challenge Cup format. This takes into consideration their average level-adjusted stats, overall move strength, and frequency of learning high-power moves of each type.
- Click here to see the effect of level balancing on the stats for each Pokemon in Gen 9 Random Battles. I do this by constructing a new set of Base Stats reflect the true strength of each Pokemon in the format, accounting for the way their levels are adjusted. (Note that level balance is a continuing process, and the information here will not perfectly reflect the state of the metagame at the present.)
