I think these are very positive-looking statistics in terms of the variety in the tier: although I'm pretty sure there's a far higher percentage of weather teams nearer the top of the ladder... The surprisingly modest usage of Garchomp, Excadrill and Manaphy shows that they aren't broken at all...
