Mega Garchomp is definitely uncommon compared to base Garchomp, most likely due to Z-Moves and increased speed but Mega Garchomp has a whopping 170 base attack stat with enough coverage to break through most, if not all walls.
fine i'll post a real set today

been loving the z-rain dance manaphy set as of late. takes advantage of most scarfers and turns a threatening wallbreaker into a decent wincon for ho teams

This team is preeeeetty much just the standard rain with Crawdaunt > Manaphy. I really don't feel like I need to explain much here, we should all know how to use rain. It has Stealth Rock Swampert though, which is probably different from most rains. Thanks to everyone that contributed and helped in creating this team!

Made a slight change so that it outspeeds opposing timid heatran creepers. What's amazing about this set is that it is able to out pp stall skarmory, with 8 pp to spare. Though not having as much raw power, knock off is also a great choice as it is able to punish switch ins offensive switch ins such as kyurem while making sure defensive switch ins such as clefable and unsuspecting gliscor that hasn't activated it's toxic orb will be severely hindered with the loss of passive healing. It's not like losing power against some of the earthquake switch ins will matter, since it's either that facade will be just as completely useless or that they can't hurt you back too much, with the exception of zard y. Oh and this set is also able to outlast counters unlike SD lando(due to it not having recovery), even pulling off ridiculous feats such as out pp stalling Skarmory, and easily doing the same against rotom wash with hydro pump's meagre 8 pp. Oh and also switching into special hits better why not.

:ss/Blacephalon: :ss/Rotom-Wash: :ss/Tapu-Lele: :ss/Landorus-Therian: :ss/Ferrothorn: :ss/Tapu-Fini:

Today we had built around speed-boosting Blacephalon, which takes advantage of Beast Boost's mechanics and swapping around EVs to make Speed the highest stat, granting it a +1 boost after every KO. A well placed Blacephalon can potentially snowball games when all of its checks are removed, with an added Ghostium Z that allows it to blow past bulky Water-types that are otherwise problematic. Rotom-W can Volt Switch out on Ferrothorn, Melmetal, and other mons that potentially wall Blacephalon, giving it free opportunities to setup. Tapu Lele forces Steel- and Dark-types in with Future Sight, heavily damaging Dark-types in particular with its secondary STAB to further open up Blacephalon as a win condition. Landorus-Therian is our Stealth Rock setter, with 0 speed investment for slower U-turns, giving Blacephalon more entry points. Ferrothorn + Tapu Fini is a standard defensive core that gives us speed control, Spikes to further pressure the opposition, Weavile check, and more hazard control. Thanks to everyone that assisted in the creation of this team!

- Roost

With a decent amount of Mega Latias based fat going around, seems like a decent metagame for CB Hoopa-U to capitalize on. Mega Scizor is a really strong pivot for Hoopa, lures some of the walls Hoopa excels at breaking, namely Toxapex, and can clean late game vs the aforementioned fatter teams once Hoopa has softened them up a bit. Also helps improve the matchup into offensive teams a bit.

Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Iron Head
- Stored Power
- Aura Sphere
- Happy Hour

Omni-Boosting Jirachi is quite fun to use and can definitely be hard to shutdown since it's not expected. Iron Head is indispensable and at +1 Attack can be really punishing due to flinch spam. Stored Power is obviously going to be used since with an Omni-Boost it has 120 base power and checks the most prominent Haze user in the tier, Toxapex. Aura Sphere deals with Steel-types that resist Jirachi's STAB moves, most notably Ferrothorn and Heatran. Happy Hour is the move that allows Jirachi to Omni-Boost with Normalium Z.

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Iron Head
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide / Giga Impact

You know with so many electrics around wouldn't it be a shame if all of them just died to a ground that's not even super bulky. This thing is a terryfying menace rn, since most defensive stuff that are supposedly "safe" against can't really switch in, though you need to pick your spot with item and move choices. Pair it with zone and patch up it's weakness against steel birds. Oh and also four item options here because there's legit that many ways to mess around with it. Mold breaker + STAB EQ is perhaps one of the stupidest combination that isn't broken, but sand rush can still be used if you'd like. However this mole has some crippling drawbacks of it's own, including it's middling speed without the help of sand rush, making it not too hard to revenge kill. However, this is all managable with good team support and aggresive playing.

Unaware is only on stall, which is uncommon and not a really good playstyle as of the writing of this post, but oh wait did you remember that mold breaker ignores unaware? however even if you are sand rush a boosted corkscrew crash is more than enough to send this fairy back to the moon.

Ofc if you are using life orb, there's a secondary option that's very scummy which is getting a flinch with iron head or rock slide after getting a SD boost.

Without Z/used up we need that to either get a flinch or survive the incoming EQ, which is especially hard with life orb recoil.

once again just flinch it's merely 30%, but some people like me just can't so the calc is orange here
